The little suitcase was sweet but I'm not sure how robust it would be in the hands of a small child. Delivery was speedy & packaging excellent.

I'm extremely happy with my gift. I had the flower pots printed with my artwork on them which will be add to my market stall. They all look beautiful. Thank you. I will continue to order from you in the future. Great service and quick delivery.

My original order was lost in the post, but my score reflects the attitude and professionalism of the customer agent who very quickly arranged a replacement. Anyone who values customers above money deserves an excellent score. The item itself was great too!

I think this is a lovely gift idea and have used it several times. However I was disappointed with the packaging. The box is good quality but I thought it would be more like a puzzle box with the picture and number of pieces printed on it, not the one size fits all gift box we got.

The gift was perfect. The courier very unprofessional bit this has nothing to do with your company.

I am really happy with this item, it is a birthday gift for our grandson on his 3 birthday. It was quite easy to order, reasonably priced and the delivery was quick and easy. 10 out of 10 for Your Surprise company for this. Our grandson will be happy as he has just started to train for football and now he has his football with his very own name on it. So thank You for this.

Great fast turn around - exactly how it was designed on the website and very easy to make on the site.

Good pruduct - bit pricey but for a one off event well worth it.

This is a lovely gift idea and I've used it twice. The colours of the picture were not as clear in the puzzle. And whilst the packaging/box is good quality, I wanted it to be more like a puzzle box with the photo printed on the box lid with the number of pieces showing. But I really like this idea and the people I gave them to were very pleased.
