Through out the entire process from finding you guys online. Website was easy to navigate through and uploading of pictures was nice and easy. The price was reasonable, the quality of the jigsaw was excellent and that's coming from my partner, who does a new jigsaw every week. Only negative is that your business isn't in Australia.
