You cannot improve on perfection. In all of the above areas. The gift that i ordered was was a personalised jigsaw puzzle. Just the reaction on my friends face on receiving this gift was priceless. Not sure but the fact that i was not there to see it in person made me hold off for the one point. The rest was great and the recipients loved it. It was a gift for their wedding sent from friends in Canada.

When I accidentally ordered two of the same drink bottle you very promptly refunded me for the one I didn't want. When I followed up delivery of the second order you promptly dealt with it and it arrived very soon after.
Only issue was that responses to my emails went to spam!
