Ordering through your website is always a delight - easy, fast and really nice quality. However, what yould be incredibly helpful: Rulers or a guideline grit to help with the design/personalisation of your wonderful gifts.
For Instance - if you want to "centre" a name or align multiple items or mage sure the distance from the top is equal to the distance from the side or bottom. That would make the whole process even better and less furstrating. Other than that - all good.

Bonjour - I was very pleased with the quality of the glasses I purchased and the customer service was excellent. The only issue was the state of the box when it arrived - it was in pretty bad shape! Luckily the glasses has been well packed and were not damaged. I understand that this has nothing to do with your company but rather with the postal service carriers
