customer service was 10/10, they got back to me quickly and efficiently when I had a fault with the necklace id purchased and rectified the problem without hesitation. My only point to improve would be on the effectivness of the some of the necklaces. However saying this the second product sent out has had no issues so this could have just been a one off fault with that particular necklace. Het cadeau was prachtig op tijd hoewel het nog in de verpakking zit. Mijn kleinzoon krijgt het pas de 13e september omdat hij dan jarig is. Ik had het op voorhand besteld want soms wordt er wat beloofd en dan duurt alles toch langer. In dit geval was dat helemaal niet nodig geweest. Super fijn dus. Compliment dat jullie doen wat je belooft. Is veel waard !
