Lovely picture book, great quality.
Was delivered slightly later than the expected date, but that was due to storms and outside the companies control but i contacted them querying and they were great following up and ensuring that my order made it on time before the deadline.

Votre service client est au top. Sur les 4 mugs réceptionnés, 2 étaient cassés et un mal imprimés. Vous m'avez tout renvoyé rapidement et je vous en remercie.
Cependant toutes les photos sont floues. Même celles prises par un photographe. Lors d'une précédente commande (il y'a 3-4 ans), toutes les photos provenaient d'un portable et le résultat était net. C'est le seul bémol. Autrement les produits sont de bonnes qualités.
