customer service was 10/10, they got back to me quickly and efficiently when I had a fault with the necklace id purchased and rectified the problem without hesitation. My only point to improve would be on the effectivness of the some of the necklaces. However saying this the second product sent out has had no issues so this could have just been a one off fault with that particular necklace. Hi, i am very happy with your offer, delivery and quality of the product I ordered. The price was great too. I can't say much about product range as I specifically looked for a customised mug. I loved the option of adding a photo and also adding a message on the other side of the mug - that's was exactly what I was looking for. It was a bit last minute, so I was very happy with the express delivery option. Thank you!

Ik wilde een grote kaart bijvoegen bij mijn cadeau maar kon helaas geen tekst toevoegen. Na telefonisch contact met de klantenservice is dit heel goed opgelost, maar jammer dat het niet kon (misschien een technisch probleem?)
