customer service was 10/10, they got back to me quickly and efficiently when I had a fault with the necklace id purchased and rectified the problem without hesitation. My only point to improve would be on the effectivness of the some of the necklaces. However saying this the second product sent out has had no issues so this could have just been a one off fault with that particular necklace. Keine Verbesserungsvorshläge, ganz im Gegenteil, perfekte, rasche Abwicklung meiner tel. Reklamation (leider wurde die Bildplatte von der Holzkiste mit dem Bier beim Transport beschädigt - Bild war gesprungen). Innerhalb von 1 Woche wurde diese nachproduziert und kostenlos geliefert. Großes Kompliment an Ihr Unternehmen für die schnelle und vor allem komplikationslose Abwicklung meiner Reklamation.
