Incredible customer service when I had made a mistake on my order. Outstanding, helpful and product looks great.

customer service was 10/10, they got back to me quickly and efficiently when I had a fault with the necklace id purchased and rectified the problem without hesitation. My only point to improve would be on the effectivness of the some of the necklaces. However saying this the second product sent out has had no issues so this could have just been a one off fault with that particular necklace. Since my friend has been over the moon with the gift we bought for her

The little suitcase was sweet but I'm not sure how robust it would be in the hands of a small child. Delivery was speedy & packaging excellent.

Also war meine herzige Überraschung gelungen. Vielen Dank

Alles bestens nur war die Verpackung geknickt. Glücklicherweise konnte das Geschenkpapier genutzt werden. Das individuelle Geschenkpapier kam sehr gut an!
