customer service was 10/10, they got back to me quickly and efficiently when I had a fault with the necklace id purchased and rectified the problem without hesitation. My only point to improve would be on the effectivness of the some of the necklaces. However saying this the second product sent out has had no issues so this could have just been a one off fault with that particular necklace. De gepersonaliseerde snijplank ziet er prachtig uit en voelt stevig aan.

De communicatie rondom de levering was uitstekend: ik werd tijdig geïnformeerd dat het mogelijk niet op tijd zou komen. Na mijn vraag hierover kreeg ik direct een duidelijke reactie en werd er met me meegedacht. Uiteindelijk is de snijplank toch op tijd geleverd.

Zeer tevreden over zowel het product als de service.
