customer service was 10/10, they got back to me quickly and efficiently when I had a fault with the necklace id purchased and rectified the problem without hesitation. My only point to improve would be on the effectivness of the some of the necklaces. However saying this the second product sent out has had no issues so this could have just been a one off fault with that particular necklace. We vonden de borrelplank prachtig, maar we wisten niet hoe we de tekst konden uitbreiden met extra regel (3e) aomdat we meer dan 25 letters nodig hadden. Uiteindelijk is het wel gelukt.
Het is alleen niet duidelijk.

I was hoping for a slightly darker blue for the background, but overall the blanket was great! Regarding the shipment, box and graphics look surprisingly good, I would probably only recommend some waterproofing. The package was prepared and reached Greece in just 3 days (kudos) but then it took more than a week for our post office to take action. Anyway, I am sure some nice reactions will follow when I give the gift in a few days :)

Ik ben nu aan het chatten met een medewerker, de foto die bij de puzzel hoort is nogal rood. Maar dit is maar het plaatje en niet de puzzel zelf als het goed is. Dus misschien daar iets aan doen? Verder ben ik heel bij met de bestellingen nu de ontvanger nog.
