customer service was 10/10, they got back to me quickly and efficiently when I had a fault with the necklace id purchased and rectified the problem without hesitation. My only point to improve would be on the effectivness of the some of the necklaces. However saying this the second product sent out has had no issues so this could have just been a one off fault with that particular necklace. Wie gut die Qualität ist, wird sich im Alltag zeigen, auch ob das Bild gut sichtbar bleibt oder sich abnutzt. Ich mag die Steifigkeit nicht so gern, macht es alles so klein eng und unpraktisch. War für meine Tochter aber ein süßes Geschenk. So wie abgebildet und super schnell.

Twee van de 4 glazen waren niet goed bedrukt en ik heb heel snel 2 nieuwe glazen gekregen. Ik ben al lang klant van Your Surprise en ik ben op dat vlak nog nooit teleurgesteld geweest. Het vertrouwen in kwaliteit en vriendelijkheid is er gewoon. Top!
