appreciated the feed back re delivery time difference, and then package arrived earlier than the ammended time

Mijn eerste bestelling betrof een chocoladekado met opdruk. Door de enorme hitte kwam dat helaas gesmolten aan. Contact daarover opgenomen met de klantenservice. Werd gelijk prima geregeld d.m.v. een volledige teruggave van het aankoopbedrag in de vorm van een tegoedbon. Daarmee gelijk een nieuw item besteld. Dat kwam binnen de tijd prima aan! Ben dus erg tevreden hiermee en zou surprise.nl dus in de toekomst zeker weer gaan gebruiken!
