Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Bei meiner Bestellung ist mir leider ein Missgeschick passiert und ich habe das falsche Datum für die Gravur angegeben. Online konnte ich die Änderung nicht mehr vornehmen, den Kundendienst jedoch sofort telefonisch erreichen.

Die Bestellung war zwar bereits in Bearbeitung, trotzdem konnte ich die Korrektur noch mitteilen und erhielt die neue Bestellung ohne zusätzliche Lieferkosten.

Das nenne ich wirklich kundenfreundlichen und tollen Service – vielen Dank!

Ich bestelle ab und zu Schokoladen mit Foto als Geschenk. Die Beschenkten waren immer begeistert von der Idee. Der Bestellprozessmit der Personalisierung, die Bezahlung und die Lieferung funktionieren sehr schnell und unkompliziert, die Verpackung ist einwandfrei. Grund für Beschwerden oder Reklamationen gab es für mich bisher nicht. Vielen Dank!
