customer service was 10/10, they got back to me quickly and efficiently when I had a fault with the necklace id purchased and rectified the problem without hesitation. My only point to improve would be on the effectivness of the some of the necklaces. However saying this the second product sent out has had no issues so this could have just been a one off fault with that particular necklace. Since my friend has been over the moon with the gift we bought for her

The little suitcase was sweet but I'm not sure how robust it would be in the hands of a small child. Delivery was speedy & packaging excellent.

I had an issue with the product, not the finish etc, just the personalisation. The communication was excellent and it was resolved really quicky. It was actually my fault when they looked into it and were great about it. I would recommend and have actually just ordered from them again.

Ik was dus erg aangenaam verrast: 'your surprise to me'.
