customer service was 10/10, they got back to me quickly and efficiently when I had a fault with the necklace id purchased and rectified the problem without hesitation. My only point to improve would be on the effectivness of the some of the necklaces. However saying this the second product sent out has had no issues so this could have just been a one off fault with that particular necklace. Vielleicht eine kleine Anmerkung. Das man in dem wärmeren Monaten automatisch Eispads hinzufügt, ohne sie extra anzugeben. Das vergißt man als Kunde manchmal schnell zu tun. Ansonsten bin ich vollkommen zufrieden mit der Bestellung und dem freundlichen Kundenservice.

Ich habe personalisierte Pralinen ohne Füllung bestellt mit 1 Coolpack. Es war sehr heißes Wetter und ich hatte Bedenken, ob sie wohl gut ankommen. Aber es war alles bestes, 100% gut angekommen. Ich fand sie wohl etwas teuer, aber es sollte ein schönes Geschenk werden. Und da hab ich dann nicht nach den letzten Euro geschaut. Und sie waren richtig lecker. Also top wer was besonderes sucht.
