Bij ontvangst bleek dat ik het verkeerde product had gekregen. Retour zenden en geld terug is niet mogelijk., Contact met de chatbot leverde op dat ik het verkeerde product mocht houden en het juiste product zou kostenloos alsnog gestuurd worden. Heel fijn!
