customer service was 10/10, they got back to me quickly and efficiently when I had a fault with the necklace id purchased and rectified the problem without hesitation. My only point to improve would be on the effectivness of the some of the necklaces. However saying this the second product sent out has had no issues so this could have just been a one off fault with that particular necklace. Only issue was that responses to my emails went to spam!

Goedemorgen,
Ik heb echt nog geen problemen gehad behalve dan met de levering maar dat is niet jullie service.
Ik bestel meestal heel nipt bij de afgifte datum maar jullie slagen er telkens in om alles tijdig te leveren, super.
Bij de laatste bestelling had ik graag 2 verschillende quotes op de handdoeken maar dit ging echter niet. Maar het resultaat was toch schitterend en mijn collega was er heel blij mee.
