Ik had hetzelfde soort cadeau bij Albelli gekocht. Na 6x contact opnemen, werd mijn bestelling plots geannuleerd en moest ik hem maar zelf opnieuw bestellen; ze konden verder niks doen. Heel slecht, slechte service, lange wachttijden voordat ze het eindelijk verstuurde en na al die weken wachten uiteindelijk helemaal niks binnen gekregen. Toen snel bij jullie besteld, was namelijk een cadeautje. Bij jullie meteen de volgende dag bezorgd, top kwaliteit en nog veel goedkoper ook.
Nooit meer albelli dus, voor altijd Yoursurprise!
Nog eeeen klein stukje, maar dat is meer een suggestie dan feedback: Bij albelli kon ik wel altijd mijn jaarkalender helemaal maken en ontwerpen zoals ik dat wilde; niet alleen met foto's, maar ook echt met stickers en plaatjes enzo. Als dat ook ooit een mogelijkheid zou zijn bij jullie, zou dat heel fijn zijn.
Bedankt in ieder geval voor jullie snelle service!!
