customer service was 10/10, they got back to me quickly and efficiently when I had a fault with the necklace id purchased and rectified the problem without hesitation. My only point to improve would be on the effectivness of the some of the necklaces. However saying this the second product sent out has had no issues so this could have just been a one off fault with that particular necklace. Een upgrade van de interne kwaliteitscontrole.
Er is een zeer goede en snelle afwikkeling geweest van de klacht op het ontvangen product, maar wanneer de interne kwaliteitseisen strakker zouden zijn was het kleurverschil en de stofdeeltjes wel eerder ondervangen.
Wel zeer tevreden over de snelle afhandeling. Dank jullie wel.
