Lovely picture book, great quality.
Was delivered slightly later than the expected date, but that was due to storms and outside the companies control but i contacted them querying and they were great following up and ensuring that my order made it on time before the deadline.

Superschnelle Produktion und Versand. Wegen Zustellprobleme aufgrund der Lieferadresse musste ich Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice aufnehmen. Sie haben etxrem schnell reagiert und die Ware erneut zustellen lassen. Das Geschenk kam trotzdem noch pünktlich an. Selten so einen engagierten Kundenservice erlebt. Klare Empfehlung!!
